Duties & Responsibilities:

 Receives and evaluates  tenders and enquiries
 Preparation of prime cost estimates, tenders in accordance with client requirements  and risk analysis for justification of contingency if any for submission to management to apply mark up and arrive at tender submission price
 Prepares cost comparison sheets for all supply & Sub-contractor items
 Do pricing for the complete project as per company’s pricing format
  Attends to Internal Kick-Off Meeting & hand over all the contract documents to the Project team & clarifies all doubts, as and when required
Salary Range around Qrs.  9,000 – 10,000/- per month + HRA Qrs. 5,000 + UA Qrs. 250+ Qrs. 1,000 as Transport Allowance+ Qrs. 200 worth of Petrol Coupons + Educational Allowance of Qrs. 500/per month x 2 children (4-16 yrs. old) + Family status + Annual Bonus.

RIGGING CO-ORDINATOR: 2: B.E. Mech. / DME with min experience of 10 years in with min 5 yrs. in heavy lifting & rigging. LEEA COURSE- lifting equipment engineers association advantage
Coordination with  Rigging Supervisor, Rigging Foreman, Riggers, Crane and Equipment Operator. Inspections  of equipment  on frequent basis. knowledge. Valid Certificate by a Third Party agency / society. QG Defensive and H2S/BA induction prior to plant entry. Ability to develop, study, prepare Method Statements and lifting plans for all types of lifts such as Critical / Non-routine and Routine lifts. Critical lifts approvals from an appointed TPI prior and shall follow Client procedures.  Necessary rigging calculations indicating the appropriate use of the lifting equipment and decision on type of crane capacity and other studies involving the ground load bearing calculations. Trainings of Rigging crew and operators.  Overall control of the lifting operations along with the rigging crew members. Well versed with  MS office & Auto CAD Qatar Light Motor Vehicle driving license. Preferred Age 35 to 40

RIGGING SUPERVISOR:6: DME/ HSC with  minimum 10 years rigging experience . With valid Certificate from a Third Party agency / society . Coordination between Client staff and rigging crew .Meeting compliance with all safety procedures and identify any unsafe practices. Organizing and estimating lifting activity risks / difficulty, tools and equipment and discussion with the Rigging Coordinator on any discrepancy. Familiar with QA/QC & HSE procedures. Ability to understand Mobile crane load charts and international / standard lifting signals, understanding specifications and drawings. Trainings of Rigging crew and operators. Ability to read and write English (moderate level). Qatar driving License. Preferred Age 30 to 40

RIGGING FOREMAN:20: HSC & with Trade certificate with 10 years exp. through knowledge of Rigging services and managing the riggers and reporting to the Rigging Supervisor .Meeting compliance with all safety procedures and identify any unsafe practices . Trained in a Rigger capacity and Holding Valid Certificate by a Third Party agency / society. QG Defensive and H2S/BA induction prior to plant entry Ability to understand Mobile crane load charts and international / standard lifting signals.
Monitor the assigned works of rigging crew. Inducts training to semi-skilled riggers . English  read and write English ( Moderate) .  Age 30 to 40
