                                  URGENT REQUIREMENT
1) Inspection Engineer  (Site Representative) 
The Inspection Engineer (Site Representative)  reports to the Integrity Engineering Head, 
similar to other RasGas Integrity Engineers  (IE). BE degree in Mechanical, or Metallurgical 
discipline Experience in inspection  or corrosion engineering, covering oil and gas industry 
Static Equipment. A current  API 510, API 570 and API 653 certification. Conversant with 
conventional and  specialized NDT / NDE methods and procedures and certified as ASNT / PCN
 Level  II in UT, MPI and CPI. Must have a thorough knowledge of engineering practices  and 
economic principles, calculation methods, design details, U.S. Codes,  Static equipment's 
Standards and Specifications named ASME & API. Perform  as "Authorized Inspector" for certifying
pressure equipment. Capable  to troubleshoot and analyze static equipment performance. 
Supervise all daily  on-stream and shutdown inspection activities.
2) Inspection Engineer
Role Graduated Engineer with as degree in  Mechanical. Experience in inspection or corrosion 
engineering, covering oil and  gas industry Static Equipment. A current API 510, API 570 and 
API 653  certification. Conversant with conventional and specialized NDT / NDE methods  and 
procedures and certified as ASNT / PCN Level II in UT, MPI and CPI. Must have  a thorough 
knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles,  calculation methods, design details, 
U.S. Codes, Static equipment's Standards  and Specifications named ASME & API. Perform 
as "Authorized  Inspector" for certifying pressure equipment. Capable to troubleshoot and 
analyze static equipment performance. Supervise  all daily on-stream and shutdown inspection 
activities. 
3) Fitness for  Service Specialist :
Graduated Engineer with as degree in Mechanical. With years after graduation in the field of  
integrity, inspection or corrosion engineering, covering oil and gas industry  Static Equipment 
integrity management through the application of risk-based  inspection and reliability techniques
and in carrying out Fitness for Service  (FFS) analysis based ( on engineering codes and 
standards, post his  qualification. With good knowledge of selection of materials. Corrosion 
loops  and corrosion data analysis in Oil and Gas industry. With Strong analytical  capability. 
Fully conversant with FFS analysis using API 579 code guidelines in  conjunction with equipment 
manufacturing codes like ASME, TEMA, BS, etc. Expert  in API RP 579 and 571 code requirements.
Expertise in use of various analytical  soft wares of FFS is mandatory. Knowledgeable about the
identification and  classification of various types of damage I degradations mechanisms and be  
capable of discerning acceptable conditions. 
4) Plant Inspector  (Onshore / Offshore ): 
The Plant Inspector reports to the Inspection  Engineer. Graduated  Engineer with as degree in 
Mechanical. A current pressure vessel inspector API 510 & piping inspector API 570 is 
mandatory. Conversant withNDT/NDE methods and procedures  and Qualified as ASNT/PCN 
Level II in UT, MPI & OP as a minimum. Knowledge  and experience in coaling inspection, 
selection and application techniques.  NACE coating certification is an added advantage. 
Experienced in RBI Methodology. API 580 / API 936 / API 571 is an added advantage. Able 
carry out  equipment inspections, organize NOT. Interpret & evaluate results and  prepare 
inspection reports giving detailed observations and recommendations  along with repair 
procedures as necessary. Good knowledge and experience in inspection  of refractory lined 
equipment's.
5) API Inspector  (Onshore) :
The API Inspector will work under Inspection Engineer. To conduct the inspection and advice on 
Inspection and NDT  requirements. The API Inspector reports to the Inspection  Engineer. 
Diploma in mechanical or materials engineering discipline. A current  pressure vessel inspector 
API 510 & API 570 is mandatory. Conversant with NDT / NDE methods and procedures as 
ASNT/PCN/Level ll in UT, MPI & OP as  a minimum. Must be aware of basic concepts of RBI 
Methodology. Can carry out equipment inspections, organize NDT, Baroscopic  Inspection.
6) General Inspector ( Offshore ): 
The Offshore Inspector reports to the Inspection Engineer. Must be diploma in mechanical or 
materials engineering discipline with integrity, inspection or corrosion engineering covering oil 
and gas industry Static Equipments. pressure vessel inspector API 510 and Piping  Inspector 
API-570 are mandatory, Conversant with NDT / NDE methods and procedures  and Qualified as 
ASNT/PCN/Lever II in UT, MPI & DP. NACE certification is an added advantage. Must be able 
to carry out equipment inspections, organize NDT, interpret & evaluate results and prepare 
inspection reports giving detailed observations and recommendations along withrepair 
procedures as necessary. Must  be able to carry out Baroscopic Inspection.
7) Civil / Structural Inspection Engineer : 
Bachelor's  Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering,Min. 8 years of post-graduation experience 
in civil and structural construction/inspections/maintenance works related to Oil & Gas 
industry. Experience in Site survey and measurements, use of level and other surveying tools, 
earthworks, construction machinery, foundations,  formwork installation and removal, 
reinforcement tying and inspection, concrete  casting and curing, concrete material quality 
testing, concrete visual and  ultrasonic testing, surface coating, trenching and ditches, 
water systems,  sewer systems, manholes and joint boxes, structural framing, bolts connections,
welding connections, weld visual inspection.
8) Refractory Inspector :
The Refractory Inspector reports to the Inspection Engineer. Diploma in mechanical or materials 
engineering discipline. Experience in refractory materials and in on-site assistance during field
installation and subsequent unit startup. Current API 936 certified essential. Must be having Knowldge about refractory inspection and identification and cressmcauon of various types of refractory materials and damage mechanisms. 9) Inspection Planner: The Inspection Planner reports to the Head of Integrity Engineering and to the Inspection Engineer (Site Representative). Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering with Oil & Gas operating facility inspection experience in the field of planning inspection and or NDT covering Static Equipment integrity management. Primavera and SAP is mandatory requirements. The Inspection planner handles planning, scheduling and reporting KPI of the inspection work. 10) ASME Authorized Inspector : The ASME Authorized Inspector reports to the Head of Integrity. Diploma in mechanical or materials engineering discipline. The individual will be a qualified ASME Authorized Inspector by the nalional board and employed by an Authorized Inspection Agency (AIA). knowledge about vessel and boiler Inspection and identification and classification of various types of materials and damage mechanisms. Conversant with NDT/NDE methods and procedures. To carry out ASME/NB inspections of vessels and boilers. Must be able to carry out equipment
inspections, organize NDT. interpret & evaluate results and prepare inspection reports giving
detailed observations and recommendations along with repair procedures as necessary. All
reports to be stamped and signed off as ASME Authorized Inspector. knowledge and experience in alf the main ASME/NB codes (I. II, IV, V. VIII, IX, B31.1, NB415,NBIC) ,welding procedures, electrode selection, welder qualification and WPS I PQR review. 11) ROAV (Remotely Operated Aerial Vehicle) Inspection Services : BS/BE degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical discipline. Knowledgeable in API 510, API 570 and API 653 codes. Conversant with conventional and specialized NOT I NDE methods and procedures. Conversant with conventional and specialized NDT/NDE methods and procedures, structures and civil equipment. Conversant with API RP 579 and 571. Must have a thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles. calculation methods, design details, U.S. Codes. Static equipment's Standards and Soecrrcetroos named
ASME & API. 12) Insulation / CUI Inspector : The Insulation/CUI Inspector reports directly to the Sr. Corrosion Engineer. The Corrosion Engineering Unit is charged with maintaining plant Integrity & reliability by conducting regular periodic Insulation/CUI Inspections. Bachelor's degree & Recognized apprenticeship or equivalent training program in Insulation services. Insulation Inspectors certificate Corr level 2 is preferred, however a Coating Inspector certification (NACE level 3, FROSIO level 2, SSPC PCI l evel 1, TWI·BGAS Grade 2) will be considered along with experience . Hot and Cold Insulation activities. Experience in PIR, PUF, and Mineral Wool, etc. insulations. Witnessing Material Testing. Ability to relate pictorial references. SSPC Vis 2 & Vis 3 to identify rust grades as per SSPC Std / ASTM D610 and log in report.
Ability to read & understand specifications. engineering drawings. including ISOs . P&IDs. Plot
Plans, Piping Plans etc. 13) Coating Surveyor /Inspector : The Coating Surveyor/Inspector reports directly to the Sr. Corrosion Engineer (Coatings). BE In mechanical Engineer, & Paint Inspector's certificate (NACE Level 2. FRQSIO Level 3, SSPC PCI Level 2 , TWI-BGAS Grade 2). Ability to use WFT, OFT, PIG, HATE. TO Scan gauges & is well conversant with other inspection tools. 14) Instrument & Control Inspector: The Instrument & Control Inspector reports to the QA/QC Engineer.
